The coaching approach is a way of facilitating training sessions that is very much focused on the learner rather than the trainer. Of course, we present the concepts and relevant anecdotes, but it is by asking more questions than leading the conversation that we focus our interventions on your reality. Essentially, it is our ability to adapt our approach in order to be able to fully understand your reality and the application of the concepts according to your needs. Of course, a coaching approach ends with an action plan and roundtable questions.

Unique to Discitus Academy, a CSA allows us to support you in your long-term learning. We know that a good training session, even if it is engaging and useful, it is difficult to apply or remember the concepts to apply them at the right time. This is why the majority of our flagship training courses have a small series of learning video capsules over a period of 3 to 6 weeks following the training.
