The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: Eliminating Dysfunction to Achieve Collective Goals

This high-impact training allows members of the same team to experience motivating, human, relevant and engaging learning experiences that allow them to understand the 5 behaviors to practice, together, on an ongoing basis, in order to work well as a team. Based on proven concepts (The Five BEhaviors of a Cohesive Team), this training helps you focus on collaboration, productivity and achieving your collective goals.

1. When there is dysfunction in the organization or in the team
2. When we want to improve the culture of collaboration
3. When people are hungry to work well together but don't know how to go about it
4. When we want to apply concrete strategies to be more efficient
5. When we want to find solutions to our collaboration challenges

Following the training, participants will be able to:

1. Identify their contributions to team cohesion
2. Implement concrete action plans to increase collaboration
3. Practice in a harmonized and intentional manner the behaviors that contribute to a high level of collaboration
