This high-impact training provides workplace teams with motivating, human and engaging learning experiences that help them better respond to difficult workplace situations and navigate conflict through emotional intelligence. Based on proven concepts (Everything DiSC Productive Conflict in French), this training helps you reduce stress related to frustrating situations that employees may experience in the workplace.
Note: Half-day and full-day training requires the DiSC Conflict Profile for each participant.
