The CCFL Comes Together to Reflect on Its Governance

The Carrefour communautaire francophone de London (CCFL) continues to strengthen its governance and its impact within the region’s Francophone community!

Julie recently led a weekend of governance trainings with the CCFL Board of Directors. The sessions provided an opportunity to explore several key topics, including the roles and responsibilities of board members and leaders, organizational clarity, and risk management.

The discussions were rich and grounded in the CCFL’s reality, always focused on action and practical outcomes. The Board, engaged and motivated, demonstrated great openness and a genuine willingness to strengthen its collective practices.
