An Evening for the Mental Health of Francophone Youth

A lovely evening in jeans, a white shirt, and great company!

Supporting the mental health of Francophone youth also means coming together for meaningful moments. Last Thursday, Micheline, Mathilde, and Hally took part in the Gala Jeans et Chemise hosted by Le Centre d'appui et de prévention (Le CAP)—an inspiring and festive event in support of this important mission.

The evening aimed to raise awareness about the mental health challenges faced by young Francophones, while collecting funds for essential support and prevention programs. Between powerful performances, moving testimonials, and an interactive game designed to shed light on the realities young people face, the team was engaged from start to finish.

They even tried their luck with a few raffle tickets for a trip to the Bahamas… no luck this time, but plenty of smiles (and hope for next year!).

A huge thank you and congratulations to the organizing committee, the dedicated volunteers, and the entire team at Le CAP for such a well-executed, meaningful, and heartfelt evening.
