At the Heart of Collaboration and Communication

Last Monday, Mélanie and Micheline had a fantastic day during their workshops on communication and collaboration with the Fédération de la jeunesse canadienne-française (FJCF). The groups were truly present and engaged. We felt a great energy from beginning to end. They asked questions, shared their thoughts, and jumped into the discussions. In short, they were fully committed.

During Micheline’s session, the group explored collaboration from a different perspective. The workshop gave them a chance to practise collaborating more intentionally while taking the time to recognize and appreciate others’ key strengths, as well as their own.

In Mélanie’s session on communication, they learned how to approach sensitive issues with respect and openness. They explored ways to express themselves tactfully while maintaining a positive and constructive atmosphere.
