Congratulations to the leader-managers from Collège Boréal graduating from the Leadership in Management Certificate!

We are proud to celebrate the graduation of Cohorts 1 and 2 of the Leadership in Management Certificate, completed by members of the Collège Boréal team. The program was thoughtfully designed to strengthen the skills of today’s and tomorrow’s leader-managers.

Over the course of several weeks, participants embraced the challenge of an intensive journey that blended theory, real-life scenarios, and collaborative learning. They explored in depth the five pillars of leadership in management:

• Bringing out the best in their employees

• Bringing out the best in their teams

• Bringing out the best in their organizations

• Bringing out the best in themselves

• Leading change with emotional intelligence

  
  

Through 12 hands-on training sessions, peer exchanges, and personalized support, both cohorts developed lasting reflexes to mobilize, structure, innovate, and lead with humanity.

This experience provided more than a strong foundation of skills. It forged a network of committed, forward-thinking, and supportive leaders.
