At the University of Sudbury, back-to-school season isn’t just about organizing courses and schedules. It’s also a time to reconnect, get to know each other better, and build team cohesion.
Over the past few weeks, Mélanie and Mariane led two memorable experiences for the coaches in the programme para-académique:
A coaches’ retreat: a moment to pause, share, and strengthen cohesion. Together, participants aligned their goals, celebrated their strengths, and nurtured team spirit.
A DiSC training for students: an exploration of their collaboration styles. Each student had the chance to discover their own style, understand others’, and open the door to more productive conversations.
The result? A lively start to the school year, inspiring discussions, and a stronger community; bringing out the best in every team member.
