An inspiring evening at the « Gala Jeans et Chemise du CAP », where Micheline, Mathilde, and Hally supported the mental health of francophone youth through testimonials, performances, and heartfelt engagement.

Last Monday, the communication and collaboration workshops with the FJCF were a real success. The youth were engaged, curious, and fully present from start to finish. We absolutely loved the great energy they brought!

The team members of the Réseau Femmes du Sud-Ouest de l'Ontario are equipping themselves with concrete tools to cultivate their own well-being.
